Scotland on Track to Meet 80% by 2020 Renewable Energy Goal

I believe treehugger or one of the energy sites reported that due to the extremely cold weather, Scotland's wind turbines were only producing at 10% of capacity. That is not very reliable.
I hope they can correct that problem in the future.

If people drive in Scotland then I would find that target hard to reach.
