			<description>The EPA needs to also look outside the &quot;coal&quot; Mountain Top Removal issues.  Here is a like related MTR problem happening in Glen Rose Texas where the EPA seems to be ignoring a local issue.
It seems the EPA is underfunded and a hit an miss.
