I was able to come out of it with a computer that uses Nvidia's hybrid SLI. In normal energy saving mode, the computer uses 58W. When I want to do any 3d work/gaming, I enable performance mode and it kicks my power consumption to around 100W+. You pay a lot for fancy graphics!
