			<description>I like the idea, and the design.  I believe the original design for the Freedom Tower in NYC was to have wind turbines built integrally into its spire, above the occupied floors.  I don't think it would have been totally self-sufficient for energy, but would get a substantial portion of its electricity from the turbines.  Unfortunately, that design was scrapped--a great disappointment, as it would have been a remarkable and beautiful showcase.
