The personal dimension
written by marguerite manteau-rao, August 09, 2007
It would be interesting to hear the personal stories of the executives behind these initiatives. What led them to being aware, and to translate their awareness into corporate action?

Well whatever, the whole global warming thing is bogus anyways, well, maybe not the part about the earth getting warm, but the http://www.richcongress.com/viagra-canada-online-pharmacy part about it being man made. If you think otherwise, please explain how the previous ice ages occured. Lets concentrate on stuff that really will protect and save our environment:

1. Nuke energy
2. strong littering laws
3. abolishment of bogus recycling programs that actually create more pollution and waste.
4. Tree planting
5. Reduce raindeforestation

What's so green about saving money?
written by Hun Boon, August 15, 2007
The only reason that they installed energy-saving servers is to save money. If there are no financial benefits to be had, you can bet that no companies would do it.

So does that make them eco-friendly? I don't think so.

Are they prepared to use eco-friendly, renewable materials in their company buildings, even though it cost more?

That, I feel, is a better gauge.

You know what Dell should actually do? Stop selling printers for less money than the ink cartridges. People buying new printers and pitching their old ones when they run out of ink because it's cheaper.
