Google Earth is an eye to many things in the world - now including the reforestation of a national park in Indonesia. The tree planting initiative, dubbed NEWtrees, is being coordinated by WWF-Indonesia (World Wildlife Fund), Nokia and Equinox, an Indonesian English language publishing company.

The idea behind NEWtrees is to use technology to help monitor the growth of trees through geotags (trees labeled with precise latitude and longitude coordinates). These trees are being planted in

The first ceremonial tree planting was on Nov. 7. Photos and locations of the planted trees are viewable online. This is an excellent way to monitor the development of the trees as they repopulate an area hit hard by logging.

written by Clovis Aurelio Rosa , June 13, 2008
Dear Gentleman
Below a explaining of our goals:

My company operates in class has 15 years of landscaping and believe that the reforestation will be the next step, because we must unite and profitability environment.

We have a contact in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) which is part of a network of businesses, among the business offered hope also attract investors in the sector of reforestation with financial return.
Our line of thinking is harvesting data as:
Projects of reforestation already drawn up look forward to investors. Both in degraded areas as consortium on grass.
Identify areas for the planting by lease where fit these projects.
Proves the feasibility both for-profit investor in other companies, such as: reforesting Company, team capture of customers, administration, owners and others involved in the project.
Forming this package the investor needs, with use of wood for their investment return of medium / long term.
We know that our country has delayed for reforestation, so with this way of working can gain contributing to the lowering of CO2 in the atmosphere.
If they have interest, we are forming a network of partners to put into practice
this procedure
Best Regards
Clovis Aurelio Rosa.
