Roadsharing has provided a user-friendly website that allows folk to thumb a ride without having to worry quite as much about shady people. There are tons of ride sharing and car sharing programs up and running, but having one at your fingertips on the internet is pretty handy. Basically you can enter a route you want to take and find people who are headed the same direction and who have or need a vehicle to get there. The site works in five languages and covers 21+ countries. This would be an awesome way to get around the country or a semi-adventurous way to travel
