More Foldable Display Promises  E-mail

Two years ago Polymer Vision promised us that they were going to have commercially available foldable e-ink paper displays in two years.  They don't have them yet, and we feel a little bit silly for believing them. In the wake of that betrayal, however, they're making more promises, reminding us of several women we've known in the past.

However, as we have yet to learn our lesson, we can't help but be excited by the prospect of foldable paper displays on the consumer market by the end of 2007. With the news of competitive displays coming Plastic Logic, we say it's now or never for Polymer Vision. Lets hope one of them hits it home, and soon, because I've decided not to by a Sony Reader, and my Sony Librie is on the fritz.

Don't you think they would have designed it for right-handed folks?
