Global Warming Cover Article: Sports Illustrated  E-mail

Woah...OK, I've never actually, y'know, read an issue of Sports Illustrated, but I can't deny that I am nonetheless excited about this.

Quoting the Great Grist:

"The article covers how global warming relates to sport, but also spends a not insignificant amount of text talking about global warming in general -- what it is, why we should care, etc."

Seems like a somewhat significant step in the world to me. I just wanted to let everyone know that that existed.

Couldn't agree more. Mainstreaming is crucial to any environmental issue. Great site!

Hmm, I wonder if they'll do a cover with all the snowouts this spring?

The sky has to be falling. Let's all panic and toss money about like drunken sailors.
