Prius Tops Customer Satisfaction  E-mail

The Toyota Prius has really become a symbol of green and despite some controversy over it as a symbol, there is a lot of love for the car. Apparently, so much love that the Prius ranked #1 in J.D. Power and Associates customer satisfaction study.

Vehicles were rated by "the quality and reliability of their vehicle, service satisfaction, vehicle appeal and value for money". Another Toyota, the Lexus IS, tied for the top spot, but the EcoGeek appeal of the story is how far hybrids have come. With a hybrid at the top spot, what does this say to car manufacturers and other motorists? Go hybrid and you just might fall in love with being green.
