We raise 6 milk goat does (females) on a small farm in western North Carolina. Our goats are Saanens and American Alpines—dairy goat breeds. They provide us with lots of wonderful milk which we use in our soaps. We are committed to sustainable agricultural practices, and keep our herd size small, raise our goats on pasture, and milk by hand. We rotate our 6 goats through pasture and brush in order to eliminate overgrazing and provide the best forage for the goats.
