I'm not 100% sure they built new tanks to house the contaminated water. Most storage tanks can last 10 years without need of repair or replacement. I think they used older tanks and buy viagra online usa that's what has caused the leaks.

It sounds like they should have used the money donated for a humanitarian cause (but diverted to kill whales instead) for a better storage system.

Also can someone please explain why these tanks are designed to be safe for 10 years? Does that even begin to address the problem?
